Returns Policy

Return Exceptions Welltopia Pharmacy team will have full discretion in accepting returns and exchanges. Accepted Returns must be sealed in the original container in excellent condition. (within 21 days ONLY) Non-sealed items are non-exchangeable. Skin care products, such as: Bela Nektar, and The Organic Pharmacy products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Orders and Returns Welltopia Pharmacy guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange, according to the discretion of Welltopia Pharmacy team and after investigation. Welltopia Pharmacy will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
